FAQ’S 

Can we bring our own food?

No, everything that’s consumed (food, sweets, drinks) must be bought on the premises for insurance purposes. We have a great selection of confectionary you can choose from.

What time does the bar close?

The last orders are xxxx but this is subject to change. The bar staff hold the right to close the bar at any time.

How many people do the rooms hold?

Downstairs lounge seating only 150 with standing 200+

Upstairs lounge seating only 100 seating and standing 160

Sports bar seating only 80 with standing 120

What are the time slots?

12:30pm-5:45pm – day time slot

6:30pm-closing – night time slot

*If you’re looking to book across slots, we will charge for two time slots which will be €150 (You wouldn’t get a cheaper room in the travel lodge)

What time do kids have to be out of the premises?

9pm.

Can we bring our own DJ & Entertainment?

Yes.

Can we bring reptiles & snakes?

Jesus, no. Insurance nightmare.  

Can we bring a bouncy castle?

No, sorry there are no inflatables allowed for insurance purposes.

Terms & conditions 

1- Food must be purchased in-house for every party for insurance purposes. You cannot bring food onto our premises.

2- You must order food or you will be charged the minimum food spend on the room. This is why the slots are only €50. The minimum order on our finger food menus is 30/40 depending on the menu.

3- There are no inflatables, party poppers or confetti to be brought in by the party. You will lose your deposit in this instance. 

4- There is no glitter or confetti to be brought in by the party. You will lose your deposit in this instance.

5- You cannot stick pictures or balloons directly to the walls, you must bring a board to do so. No blue tac or sellotape is to be used on the walls. You will lose your deposit in this instance.

6- You must leave the room at your selected time to let the next party in, you will lose your deposit if you cross time slots.
